This workshop introduces participants to disruptive innovation and challenges to think and discuss how they can fight back and benefit from it. We evaluate the strategic future of the company and markets and then we create innovations based on those strategic insights that are tested using war-gaming.

Start at 9.00am, finish at 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch and 2 breaks.

Introductory speech on how the innovation shift is disrupting all industries and what this means for your company and its future.

1045 – 1215 BLOCK 2: STRATEGIC SCENARIOS
Explore the company’s future using scenario analysis to create strategic perspectives and draw participants to go beyond their ‘BAU box’.

Create your innovation idea based on the new strategic insights from the previous block, and share them in the innovation marketplace.
